- Advance reservations require a non-refundable deposit; remaining payments are due at check-in.
- Quiet hours are strictly observed; noise must be minimized after 10:00 PM, with conversations restricted to common areas.
- Dormitories must maintain minimal noise levels; and use common areas for music and phone calls.
- Visitors are not allowed in dorm rooms; meetings with guests should be in common spaces or reception.
- Groups larger than three may not be accommodated together in dorms; efforts will be made to keep them close.
- Policies may vary by location and time of year; specific details are provided upon reservation.
- Grease Moto Club is not liable for personal belongings; use designated storage for security.
- Pets are generally not allowed in dorms or common areas; exceptions may apply in private rooms.
- Breakfast is not included in room rates; additional charges vary and are paid on-site.
- The hostel reserves the right to take action against inappropriate behavior or actions.

Reservation Extension Policy
- Stay extensions are subject to current room rates and availability.
